Assessment & Referral

Humanitas links troubled employees to community helping resources through it's EAP Assessment & Referral Services.

1. A central HELPLINE telephone number. One telephone number which
any employee can call from 7.00A.M. to midnight, seven days per week.

2. A diagnostic assessment resulting in development of a written, Personal Development Plan.

3. If the nature of the presenting problem is beyond the scope of the
program service, then counselling alternatives are defined and matched to the needs of the employee. A referral is then made to an appropriate community agency or treatment resource.

4. Monitoring of treatment, and start to finish, case management to
ensure quality of service.
